The 3 rooms layout is kept but with a clear theme after renovation: master bedroom, playroom for grandchildren and room for son. Similar to typical families in Hong Kong, space for storing miscellaneous items is one of the top priority, so a large size of invisible storage system is designed, and taking the advantage of 2.7m headroom to build also the platform cabinet. A workstation is as well blended in the invisible cabinet for the mistress to cater the works brought back home. This is also the first project appling Samsung Smartthings Home Automation System, which links up all the appliances in this light wooden tone home, that greatly soften the congested feeling.
